| 摘 要： | 综述了寄生虫对阿维菌素类药物耐药性产生的机制和规律及筛选耐药虫株的体内外试验方法,讨论了防止或减慢寄生虫产生阿维菌素类药物耐药性的策略,为抗寄生虫药物耐药性的研究和耐药虫株的监测提供参考.

| Abstract: | Avermectins is the collective name given to a range of animal health products that provide effective broad-spectrum control of gastro-intestinal nematodes and ectoparasites affecting farm livestocks.The (indiscriminate) repeated use of avermectins has resulted in the emergence of avermectins resistance strains. In this article, the mechanism of avermectins resistance is reviewed. The in vivo and in vitro tests which may be used as rapid and cost effective screening methods are introduced. Strategies for resistance management of avermectins are also (discussed.) |
