| Abstract: | This paper,as we can see clearly below, mainly shows that there is much difference between the classification and appraisal on farmland and on city and town land,analyzing both aspects on purpose,theory,methods and so on.It will be constructive to the national classification and appraisal that is going on now on farmland,and on city and town land either. |
