ApNPV侵染对柞蚕蛹体内保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:为研究柞蚕核型多角体病毒(Antheraec pernyi nucleopolyhedrovirus,ApNPV)侵染后病毒与宿主间的拮抗关系,测定ApNPV侵染后柞蚕蛹体内SOD、CAT和PO活性变化。结果表明:ApNPV侵染使柞蚕蛹体内SOD活性呈先下降再上升后又下降的变化趋势,接种后48h和96h是酶活性变化的两个转折点,48h是酶活性差值低谷,雌、雄平均较对照低622U·mL^-1;96h是酶活性差值高峰.雌、雄平均较对照高850.5U·mL^-1。CAT活性变化呈先上升后下降的趋势,接种后48h是酶活性变化的转折点,雌、雄平均较对照高309.5U·mL^-1;72h后酶活性变化趋于平稳。PO活性亦呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,接种后48h是酶活性变化转折点,雌、雄平均较对照高2173.5U·mL^-1。雌、雄蛹间酶系活性变化趋势相似但程度不同,雌蛹酶活性变化幅度大于雄蛹。

Abstract:To study the antagonistic relationship between Antheraea pernyi nucleopolyhedrovirus(ApNPV)and its host under the condition of ApNPV infection,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and phenoloxidase(PO) of ApNPV infected Antheraea pernyi pupa were determined.The results showed that due to ApNPV infection,the SOD activities in pupa decreased at first and then increased and finally decreased again.The two turning points of SOD activity lay at hours 48 and 96 after injection.At 48 h,the mea...
