| 摘 要： | 本文应用Dudley方法研究油菜杂种组合优势改良的供体亲本选择和育种决策.结果表明供体亲本可向超亲优势组合提供显著的遗传改进量.通过亲本的地理来源对供体亲本选择的影响分析研究,间接证明了用该方法来选择供体亲本是有效的.按Dudley方法分析并给出了分别8个待改良高产组合的有利基因供体亲本及改良育种策略

| Abstract: | A method for the improvement of heterosis of elite crosses, developed by Dudley, was used toBrassica napus L. and was demonstrated to be effective in selecting the donor parent with favorable allelesnot present in the cross to be improved. The results showed that donor parents could provide better-parentcrosses with significant genetic gain. The breeding plans of the improvement of 8 crosses were raised and thebreeding strategy of new rapeseed hybrids cultivars in China was discussed. |
