| 摘 要： | 类黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化、抗菌等诸多生物活性,是蜂胶中最重要的生物活性物质。综述了国内外蜂胶中类黄酮类化合物分析方法的研究进展。测定过程包括类黄酮的提取、分析分离以及定性和定量;分析技术包括分光光度法、薄层色谱法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法以及色谱技术联用等。
