电磁比例多路换向阀在微调区间的静态特性及仿真

摘    要:根据电磁比例多路换向阀的结构及工作原理,建立其微调区间的静态特性数学模型,并借助MATLAB语言进行计算机仿真.结果表明,电磁比例多路换向阀的微调特性良好,先导阀输入电流与多路阀输出流量接近线性比例关系,有利于工程机械的精确控制.

Static Characteristics and Simulation of the Electro Magnetic Proportional Multi-way Direction Valve in the Scope of Micro-regulation

Abstract:According to the structure and working principles of electro magnetic proportional multi-way direction valve, its mathematical model with static characteristics in the scope of micro-regulation was set up, and MATLAB language was employed in computer simulation, with the result that the electro magnetic proportional multi-way direction valve had good micro-regulation characteristics, and there was a linear proportion relationship between the input electric current of the pilot valve and output flow rate of the multi-way direction valve, which was advantageous for the accurate controlling of engineering mechanism.
