摘    要:研究了光照对漠斑牙鲆仔鱼的摄食、生长及存活的影响.结果表明,漠斑牙鲆摄食的较适宜光照度范围为10-600lx.在该光照条件下,仔鱼生长最快,存活率最高,饵料转换期最短.过强或过弱的光照均不利于仔鱼的生长发育.黑暗条件下仔鱼在27日龄时大部分因饥饿而死亡.在生产上,夜间适当延长光照时间可缩短育苗周期.

Abstract:The effects of light on the feeding, growth and survival of larval P. lethostigma were studied. The light intensity suitable for feeding ranged from 10 lx to 600 lx. The larvae had the fastest growth, the highest survival rate, the shortest feed conversion period in the appropriate light. Too strong or too weak illumination was not conducive to the growth and development of the larvae. In dark conditions, most of the 27- day-old larvae died from starvation. In production, an appropriate extension of illumination at night could shorten the breeding cycle.
