菊花玻璃化苗与正常苗的生理特性比较

摘    要:以菊花组培苗为试材,对菊花玻璃化苗和正常苗的生理特性进行比较。测定了组织含水量、叶绿素、可溶性糖、蔗糖、可溶性蛋白5个指标。玻璃化苗的组织含水量、可溶性糖含量高于正常苗,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、蔗糖、可溶性蛋白含量明显低于正常苗。说明玻璃化苗与正常苗在光合能力、蛋白质合成和糖代谢方面显著不同。

Abstract:The vitrified shoots were compared with the normal ones in the physiological characteristics with cut flower chrysanthemum in tissue culture.The water content,chlorophyll,sucrose,soluble sugar and soluble protein were determined.The water content and soluble sugar content of the vitrified shoots were higher than those of the normal ones,while the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,sucrose and soluble protein were lower.The results suggested the vitrified shoots were significantly different from the nor...
