籼型红米具有的恢复性及其基因定位

摘    要:目的]研究汕型红米的恢复性并对其恢复基因进行定位。方法]配制(珍汕97A、D62A、G46A和D702A)和红宝石的F1、BC1和F2,并对该3代花粉育性进行调查,用SSLP对恢复基因进行定位。结果]红宝石对上述不育系具有1个恢复基因,分布在第7染色体上,与RM182的遗传距离是7.4 cM,不同于恢复系恢复基因在第10染色体上成簇分布的形式,是比较特殊的恢复基因。结论]可以通过转基因与回交转育的方法选育具红色性状的恢复系。

Abstract:Objective]The paper aimed to study the restoring ability and restoring gene mapping of normal indica red rice Ruby.Method] The pollen fertility of the(Zhenshan 97A、D62A、G46A and D702A)/Ruby F1,and F2,BC1 generations were examined,and mapping the restoring gene with SSLP.Result] The results showed that the restoring gene was located on the chromosome 7,7.4 cM from RM182,which was not the same as the usually fertility-restoring gene family location on the chromosome 10,so it was a special restoring gene.Conclusion] The restorer line with red character could be obtained by means of gene transfer and backcross breeding.
