烟草内生细菌对寄主根际生态的影响

摘    要:目的]研究烟草内生细菌对烟株根际生态的影响。方法]用对烟草黑胫病菌有拮抗作用的10种内生细菌菌悬液对烤烟K326进行浸种、灌根和喷灌处理,测定土壤的理化性质、酶活性及微生物数量。结果]Itb95灌根处理的土壤有机质含量最高,Itb220浸种处理的土壤全磷浓度增加了30%。Itb185和Itb220灌根处理的土壤过氧化氢酶活性最高,均为37.2ml/g,Itb162、Itb220、Itb95和Itb80处理的土壤脲酶活性明显下降,Itb185处理的土壤蔗糖酶活性明显升高。Itb57和Itb12处理的土壤真菌数量减少,Itb57灌根处理的土壤细菌数量最多,达1.58×106cfu/ml,Ata28灌根处理的土壤放线菌数量最多。结论]该研究为进一步利用内生细菌提供了生态学理论依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the influence of tobacco endophytic bacteria on the rhizosphere ecosystem of tobacco plant. Method] The treatments of seed soaking, root irrigation and spray irrigation were conducted on flue-cured tobacco K326 with bacterial suspensions of 10 kinds of endophytic bacteria, which had antagonistic effect on Phytophthora nicotianae. The physical and chemical characteristics, enzyme activity and microorganism quantity of soil were determined. Result] The organic matter content in soil was highest in the treatment of root irrigation with Itb95 and the whole phosphorous concn. in soil increased 30% in the treatment of seed soaking with Itb220. The catalase activities in soil were highest (37.2 ml/g) in the treatment of root irrigation with Itb185 and Itb220. The urease activities in soil decreased significantly in the treatments with Itb162, Itb220, Itb95 and Itb80 and the sucrase activity in soil increased significant in the treatment with Itb185. The fungi reduced in the treatments with Itb57 and Itb12 and the bacteria in soil were most, up to 1.58×106 cfu/ml in the treatment of root irrigation with Itb57. The actinomyces in soil were most in the treatment of root irrigation with Ata28. Conclusion] The research provided theoretically ecological basis for further utilizing endophytic bacteria.
