花生深紫色种皮颜色基因的遗传分析及SSR标记

摘    要:本文以种皮呈深紫色的花生品种“珍珠黑”和粉红色品种“粤油13”的杂交后代F1-F3群体为材料,通过遗传分析和SSR分子标记探讨花生种皮颜色基因的遗传连锁规律,结果表明,花生深紫色种皮颜色受一对不完全显性主效基因控制,该基因与SSR标记“PM93/630-600”连锁,连锁距离为5.4 cM。

Abstract:Genetic linkage rule of SSR markers and the gene for dark purple testa color in peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) was analyzed with the F1~F3 populations derived from combination of Zhenzhuhei(dark purple testa) and Yueyou 13(pink testa).The results showed that the dark purple testa color in peanut was controlled by an uncompleted dominant major gene.The SSR marker PM93/630-600 was identified as marker of the testa color.The gene for testa color was linked with the SSR marker PM93/630-600,and the genetic distance is about 5.4cM.
