| 摘 要： | 为深入探讨对虾溶菌酶类因子的免疫防御机制,从免疫诱导后的中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)血淋巴中分离到了一种具有溶菌酶活性的蛋白,在抗菌和分子特性方面与小鸡型溶菌酶做了比较。二者在酸性胶电泳中表现出相似的特性。抑菌试验表明,溶菌酶样分子表现溶菌酶活性并且对革兰氏阴性(G-)的鳗弧菌也表现出明显抗性,而小鸡型溶菌酶未表现出对鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarium)的抗性。采用液相色谱-电喷雾质谱法(LC-ESI-MS)对中国明对虾血淋巴中分离到的溶菌酶样分子的胰蛋白酶酶解产物进行肽质谱分析,利用SequestTM软件进行数据库检索,表明它不同于小鸡型溶菌酶。 |

| Abstract: | In this study,a lysozyme-like protein was isolated from immune induced haemolymph of Chinese shrimp,Fenneropenaeus chinensis by using column chromatography and acid gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the lysozyme-like protein possessed lysozyme activity and similar characteristics with hen egg white lysozyme(HEWL) on acid gel electrophoresis.Antibacterial assay suggested that the lysozyme-like protein could inhibit G~-bacterium(Vibrio anguillarium),however,HEWL did not show any antibacterial ability to V.anguillarium.The lysozyme-like protein band was digested in gel with trypsin and analyzed by using LC-ESI-MS,and the results demonstrated that this lysozyme-like protein from Chinese shrimp did not belong to HEWL family. |
