吉林、黑龙江两省林业教育培训调研报告

摘    要:"十一五"期间,吉林、黑龙江两省林业系统大力开展干部教育培训、专业技术人才知识更新培训和企业经营管理人才培训,组织工人职业技能培训,推进林农实用技术培训,取得了较好成绩和有益经验。但也存在教育培训体系不够健全、高层次创新型人才培养不足、信息化水平不高、经费投入严重不足等问题,为此,需要采取积极措施,进一步改进林业教育培训工作。

Abstract:In the"11th Five-Year plan"period,Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces vigorously carried out forestry education and training of cadres and professional personnel to update their knowledge of training and business management training,occupational skills training organizations,promotion practical technical training farmers,and obtained a good grades and rewarding experience.But there are also defects in education and training system,including insufficient high-level innovative talents,insufficient cultivation information,serious shortage of investment funds and other issues. Therefore,some positive measures should be taken to further improve forestry education and training.
