北京百花山自然保护区丛藓科8种植物叶解剖结构比较

摘    要:对采自北京百花山自然保护区的丛藓科8种植物的叶片厚度、细胞层数、中肋厚度、中肋细胞层数、厚壁细胞层数及分布位置、导水细胞有无及排列方式等进行切片观察,结果表明:叶片最厚的是平叶毛口藓(Tri-chostomumplantiflium),最薄的是尖叶对齿藓(Didymodonconstrictavar.constricta);仅剑叶舌叶藓叶片具2层细胞,尖叶对齿藓为1层,其余六种部分为2层。中肋厚度从大到小是:高山赤藓(Syntrichia sinensis)〉反扭藓(Ti mmiella anomala)〉长叶纽藓(Tortella tortuosa)〉卷叶湿地藓(Hyophila involuta)〉剑叶舌叶藓(Scopelophilacataractac)〉尖叶对齿藓〉细拟合睫藓(Pseudosymblepharis duriuscula)〉平叶毛口藓。高山赤藓中肋有主导水细胞和副导水细胞之分;长叶纽藓、卷叶湿地藓、反扭藓的中肋细胞9~10层,分化较复杂,平叶毛口藓中肋无厚壁细胞;除了剑叶舌叶藓外,其余7种叶细胞表面都有疣或乳突。对8种藓类植物叶的结构与干旱环境的关系进行了讨论。

Abstract:Eight Moss Species of Pottiaceae were transected and compared by means of paraffin section.The results showed that species varied much among the features such as the thick of lamina,the number of lamina cell layer,the thick of costae,the number of steroid cell layer,the differentiation of the costae steroid cell,etc.The most thickest of leaf was Trichostomum plantiflium;the leaf cell layer of Scopelophila cataractac was 2 layers;the most thickest costae was Syntrichia sinensis,its hydrome cells had cell dif...
