摘    要:以现蕾期黄花苜蓿的新鲜茎节为扦插条,研究不同激素对黄花苜蓿扦插成活率及生长的影响。结果表明,3种激素处理后黄花苜蓿扦插成活率依次为吲丁萘乙酸>硝钠萘乙酸>萘乙酸,且浓度为1 200 mg/L的吲丁萘乙酸激素处理扦插成活率高达90.83%,且生根率为100%。

Effects of hormones on cutting survival rate and growth of Medicago falcata L.

Abstract:Taking the fresh stem nodes of Medicago falcata L. in bud stage as cuttings and mixed soil (volume ratio, peat soil: flower soil: vermiculite = 1:1:1) as matrix, six hormone treatments (NAA 500 mg/L, NAA 1000 mg/L, NAA 250 mg/L, NAA 500 mg/L, indna 1200 mg/L and indna 2000 mg/L) were set to observe the rooting rate of cuttings To study the effects of hormones on cutting survival rate and growth of alfalfa, so as to provide reference basis for asexual rapid propagation of alfalfa. The results showed that hormone treatment had effects on rooting rate, plant height, new leaves, root number and root length. Among them, the fastest growth rate of plant height was sodium nitrate naphthylacetic acid 250mg/L, which was 0.32cm/d, which was 0.14cm/d faster than the control; The slowest was 1200 mg/L of ibnaa, which was 0.17 cm/d, 0.01 cm/d slower than the control; The largest number of new leaves on the 15th and 30th days were 1200 mg/L ibnaac, 14.31 and 51.23 tablets respectively, 7 and 29 more than the control. On the 30th day, the smallest leaf was naphthylacetic acid 500mg/L, which was 23.92 tablets, 1.69 tablets more than the control; The largest number of roots was indaca 1200mg/L, which was 7.8, 3 more than the control; The longest root length was 1200 mg/L of ibnaa, which was 7.36 cm, 2.7 cm longer than the control. The rooting rate reached 100% on the 15th day, and death began on the 27th day. After 40d of hormone treatment, the rooting survival rate was higher than that of CK (70.83%), and the rooting survival rate of 1200mg/L indbuconacetic acid was the highest, which was 90.83%. The results have certain guiding significance for cutting propagation of Medicago sativa L
