摘    要:为探讨植物工厂中不同光质对生菜幼苗生长的影响,本研究选用5种不同红蓝光配比的LED光质开展了试验。结果表明:红光∶蓝光=3∶2的光质配比下生菜叶片数、株高、茎粗、主根长、叶面积、植株干重、地上部干重和地下部干重均最大,有利于生菜的营养生长;红光∶蓝光=1∶1与红光∶蓝光=3∶2的光质配比下植株鲜重和壮苗指数均较大,且差异不显著;红光∶蓝光=3∶2的光质配比有利于生菜叶片叶绿素和氮含量的增加,能促进光合作用,提高光能利用率。综合各指标表明,红光∶蓝光=3∶2是适于植物工厂生菜育苗的光质配比。

Effect of LED light quality control technology on lettuce seedling in plant factory
Abstract:Among the factors that affect the efficient operation of plant plants, light regulation is particularly important. In this study, the effects of LED light quality (1R: 2B, 1R: 1b, 3R: 2B, 2R: 1b, 3R: 1B) with different red blue ratio on lettuce seedling in plant factory were studied. Compared with CK (LED white light), the leaf number, plant height, stem diameter, main root length and leaf area of lettuce were the largest under 3R: 2B light quality ratio, which was beneficial to the vegetative growth of lettuce; the fresh weight and strong seedling index of lettuce were the largest under 1R: 1B light quality ratio, but there was no significant difference between 3R: 2B light quality ratio and 3R: 2B light quality ratio The ratio of 3R: 2B light and quality was beneficial to the increase of chlorophyll and nitrogen content, photosynthesis and light utilization. Through analysis and comparison, 3R: 2B light quality ratio is more suitable for lettuce seedling in plant factory. 3R: 2B light quality ratio can be used as the most suitable light source to study the effect of different light quality ratio on lettuce seedling in plant factory.
