摘    要:为了探讨不同浓度生根粉对几种矾根扦插生根的影响,为矾根的扦插繁殖提供参考,选择狂野、莱姆里奇、黄桃派、乔治亚桃子4个矾根品种,分别将不同品种的矾根叶柄用500、1 750、3 000 mg/L 3种生根粉浓度处理,并对生根情况进行分析。结果表明,不同浓度生根粉对矾根生根作用效果不同。适宜狂野扦插的生根粉浓度为1 750 mg/L,生根粉对其生根率提高作用不大;适宜莱姆里奇扦插的生根粉浓度为3 000 mg/L,其生根率会随着生根粉浓度的提高而有略微提高;适宜黄桃派扦插的生根粉浓度为3 000 mg/L,生根粉的浓度越高,对其生根的促进作用越大;适宜乔治亚桃子扦插的生根粉浓度为500 mg/L,低浓度生根粉对其生根的促进作用较大。

Effects of Different Concentrations of Rooting Powders on Rooting cuttage of Heuchera micrantha
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to explore the rooting effects of different concentrations of rooting powders on the cuttings of different varieties, and provide some references for the cutting propagation of the Heuchera micrantha. Methods] Four kinds of cultivars were selected, which were ''Kuangye'', '' Liam Ritchie '', ''Peach pie'' and '' Georgia peach ''. The stalks of different varieties of medlar root were used for 500 mg/L, 1750 mg/L and 3000 respectively. Three rooting powders of mg/L were treated with cuttings for 0.5 h and treated for 51 days. The rooting rate, main root number, and main root length of the petiole cuttings were recorded and the rooting quality of the petiole roots were analyzed. Results] The concentration of 1750 mg/L was suitable for the rooting of '' Kuangye ''. The effect of rooting powder on the rooting rate of '' Kuangye '' was not significant. The concentration of 3000 mg/L for ''Liam Ritchie'' cutting rooting was appropriate. '' Liam Ritchie '' The rooting rate will increase slightly with the increase of rooting powder concentration; the suitable rooting concentration of '' Peach pie '' is 3000 mg/L. The higher the concentration of rooting powder, the greater the promoting effect of rooting on '' Peach pie '' cutting rooting concentration 500 mg/L, high concentration of rooting powder is not suitable for the rooting of '' Georgia peach '', but the lower the concentration of rooting powder, the promotion of the rooting of '' Georgia peach '' The greater the effect. Conclusion] Rooting powder has different effects on the roots of different varieties. Different concentrations of rooting powder have different effects on the roots of different varieties. Some varieties increase rooting powder concentration can increase rooting rate, and some varieties can reduce rooting powder concentration to increase. Rooting rate.
