| 摘 要： | 随着乡村旅游的蓬勃发展,民宿以其个性化的服务区别于传统酒店而深受旅游者的青睐。近年来,中国的民宿业开始呈现出品牌化、专业化和集群化的趋势。选取安徽省南部六市的民宿作为研究对象,基于高德地图API获取该区域内的民宿POI数据并对其空间分布特征及影响因素进行深入研究,得出以下结论:皖南地区民宿在空间上呈"一大一中一小一微"的集聚分布格局;影响其空间分布的两个主要因子为旅游景区数量和森林覆盖率,影响力次之的因子为人口密度,而公路交通和地区经济发展等因子影响力较弱;皖南地区民宿类型多为乡村民宿,其选址和分布与地区经济发展特别是第二产业发展呈反向关系,民宿选址多为工业污染少的乡村地区,对县级道路依赖程度较高。

| Abstract: | With the vigorous development of rural tourism,homestay is favored by tourists because of its personalized services, which are different from the traditional hotel service. In recent years, the homestay industry in China has begun to show the trend of branding, specialization and clustering. With the homestays in southern Anhui as the research object, this study obtained POI data of the homestays based on Gaode Map API, and used the GIS spatial analysis method to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the homestays in southern Anhui. The results show that the homestays in southern Anhui have a central clustering and distribution pattern of "one big, one medium, one small and one micro" in space. The two main influencing factors of the spatial distribution are the number of tourism attractions and the forest coverage rate, followed by population density, while factors such as road traffic and regional economic development have weak influence. The homestays in southern Anhui are mostly those of country homestays, and their location and distribution are inversely related to regional economic development, especially the development of the secondary industry. Most of the homestays are located in rural areas with less industrial pollution, and their siting are highly dependent on county roads. |
