摘    要:以15份有代表性的羊角脆品种为试材,在饶阳和青县两地分别种植,统计了14个形态学性状的变异性并进行聚类分析,以期为该区域羊角脆甜瓜种质资源合理有效保存、地方品种提纯复壮及杂交育种等工作奠定基础。结果表明饶阳羊角脆甜瓜形态学性状的变异系数变幅为8.53%~65.33%,其中果皮底色变异系数最大,叶形指数的变异系数最小;青县羊角脆甜瓜形态学性状的变异系数变幅为6.3%~65.33%,其中果皮底色变异系数为最大,叶形指数变异系数最小。对饶阳和青县产地15个羊角脆甜瓜品种分别进行形态学聚类,当遗传距离为10时,饶阳甜瓜被聚成3类,2号和14号品种分别单独聚成一类,其他品种为第三类;青县甜瓜也被聚成了3类,2号单独聚成一类,5号、13 号、14号和15号为第二类,第三类为1号、3号、4号、6号、7号、8号、9号、10号、11号和12号。

Analysis of the variability and clustering of 15 varieties of sheep"s horn brittle morphological variability in two regions

Abstract:With 15 representative sheep"s horn brittle varieties as the test material, planted in Raoyang and Qingxian respectively, the variability of 14 morphological traits was counted and cluster analysis was carried out, with a view to laying the foundation for the rational and effective preservation of the resources of the sheep"s horn crispy melon species in the region, the purification of local varieties and hybrid breeding. The results showed that the variation coefficient of variation of the morphological characteristics of Raoyang"s croissant crispy melon was 8.53% to 65.33%, of which the coefficient of variation of the peel base color was the largest and the variation coefficient of the leaf index was the smallest; For Raoyang and Qingxian origin of 15 sheep"s horn crisp melon varieties were morphologically clustered, when the genetic distance is 10, Raoyang melons are clustered into 3 categories, 2 and 14 varieties are separately grouped into one category, other varieties are the third category; Numbers are grouped into one category, with categories 5, 13, 14 and 15 in the second category and categories 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.
