| 摘 要： | 为探究合作社对职业粮农优质稻种植行为的影响，基于2020年江西省调查数据，运用二元Probit模型和中介模型，分析验证合作参与对职业粮农优质稻种植行为的影响机理。研究表明，加入合作社对职业粮农优质稻种植行为呈显著正向影响，且社会资本在合作参与对优质稻种植的影响中起部分中介作用。同时，契约期限、信息获取、种植年限、工作经历及稻谷卖价均对优质稻种植有显著影响，而合作参与对优质稻种植行为的影响在不同茬期之间存在差异。因此，应提升职业粮农对合作社作用和功能的认知，增强职业粮农社会资本，完善土地流转信息平台，加强优质品种的示范推广，培育优质稻米品牌，以此提高职业粮农市场获利能力，推动其优质稻种植行为。

| Abstract: | To explore the influence of cooperatives on the quality rice growing behavior of professional farmers, based on the survey data of Jiangxi Province in 2020, the mechanism of cooperative participation on the cultivation behavior of quality rice were analyzed and verified by using binary Probit model and mediation model. The results showed that: Participation in cooperatives had a significant positive effect on farmers'' quality rice cultivation behavior, and social capital partially mediated the effect of cooperative participation on quality rice cultivation. At the same time, contract term, information access, planting years, work experience and selling price all had significant effects on quality rice planting. The effect of cooperative participation on quality rice planting behavior was different among different stubble stages. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance professional food and agriculture farmers'' recognition of the role and function of cooperatives, strengthen social capital, improve the information platform for land transfer, strengthen the demonstration and promotion of high-quality varieties, and cultivate high-quality rice brands, so as to enhance the profitability of professional food and agriculture market and promote their high-quality rice planting behavior. |
