摘    要:为给番茄栽培与轮作提供科学合理的依据,以不同番茄品种和蔬菜品种为材料,采用传统的平板培养法,研究不同番茄品种和几种蔬菜根际青枯菌菌落数。结果表明,19份番茄品种的青枯菌菌落数存在显著性差异,其中4份番茄品种的根际土壤中青枯菌的菌落数低于所有番茄品种的平均值,为低富集青枯病菌的番茄品种,分别是桂砧1号番茄、GBS无菌903番茄、金艳樱桃番茄以及黄箭樱桃番茄;23份不同蔬菜品种的青枯菌菌落数存在显著性差异,其中是5份蔬菜品种的青枯菌菌落数显著低于23份蔬菜品种的平均值,适宜与番茄进行轮作,分别是大叶茼蒿、八寸参、-葫芦瓜、桂蔬5号粉皮冬瓜及神奇花总原白丝瓜。

Effects of Different Crop Varieties on Quantity Changes of Ralstonia solanacearum in Rhizosphere
Abstract:In order to provide a scientific and reasonable evidence for cultivation and crop rotation of tomato, the colony counts of Ralstonia solanacearum in different tomato varieties and several vegetables were studied by traditional plate culture method.The results showed that there were significant differences in the colony counts of R. solanacearum among 19 tomato cultivars, among which 4 tomato cultivars had lower?bacterial colonies in the rhizosphere soil than the average of all tomato cultivars, which?belong to low-enrichment tomato varieties of R. solanacearum . The tomato varieties are Guizhen No. 1 tomato,GBS 903 tomato, Jinyan cherry tomato and Huangjian cherry tomato.There were significant differences in the bacterial colonies of 23 different vegetable varieties, among which the bacterial colonies of 5 vegetable varieties were significantly lower than the average of the 23 vegetable varieties, which were suitable for rotation with tomato, respectively Chrysanthemum, Eight-inch Ginseng, -Gourd Gourd, Guishu No.5 Wax Gourd and Shenqihuazongyuan loofah.
