| 摘 要： | 研制了热作业的无溶剂双组分快固涂料，给出了石油沥青聚氨酯，石油沥青环氧树酯，煤焦油聚氨酯酯的技术指标，并对三种材料的生产成本进行了经济性比较，热喷快固防腐涂料较其它防腐涂料性能优越，主要应用于管道大修，油罐内外防及大口径道内防腐等。

| Abstract: | A solvent free bicomponent fast-curing coating material has been developed. The technical specifications on the asphalt polyurethane,asphalt polyurethane resin,and coal-tar polyurethane have been presented, and the economical comparision on the running cost of the materials the mentioned above has been made. The hot-spraying and fast curing coating materials are advanced than others in the anti-corrosive performance, and suitable to renovate the corroded pipeline, and can protect internal/external oil tanks as well as internal large-diameter pipeline. |
