| 摘 要： | 目的]建立一种快速、准确和特异性强的奶牛隐性乳房炎检测方法。方法]采用多重PCR从基因水平上对70份临床疑似奶牛隐性乳房炎感染样本进行检测。结果]多重PCR方法检测隐性乳房炎阳性样品数为58份,阳性检出率为82.5%;传统生化方法检测阳性样品数为53份,阳性检出率为75.5%,两者的阳性符合率为92%。结论]成功地建立了一种快速、特异性强的奶牛隐性乳房炎多重PCR检测方法。
