灌浆阶段低温对寒地水稻碾米及外观品质的影响

摘    要:本研究对4个水稻品种(系)于灌浆期进行比常温低5℃的处理,结果表明:碾米品质及外观 品质都有不同程度的变化,品种不同,品质变化的幅度也不同。整精米率和垩白大小、垩白米率受 低温的影响较大。

Abstract:Four rice varieties (lines) were treated under low temperature during grain filling stage in phytotran.The experiment result indicated that the milling and appearance quality changed un- der low temperature.The head yield,chalk size and chalk rice rate were greatly affected by low temperature.
