摘    要:采用基本培养基、培养温度、光照强度、单芽形态和激素等因素对油茶岑软2号无性系组培苗生根影响的筛选试验。结果表明,1/2ER为油茶组织培养最适基本培养基;ABT60.5 mg/L+IAA 2.0 mg/L+NAA0.8 mg/L为最优的激素浓度组合,组培单芽培养40天生根率达93.7%,每个单芽长根3~4条;在室温28℃±2℃,光强2 500~3 500 Lx条件下利于油茶组培苗的生根,生根率高达97.8%。

Abstract:A testing experiment for the influence of basic media, culture temperature, light intensity, shape of single bud and hormone on in vitro rooting of Camellia oleifera Cenran 2 clone was carried out and the results showed : 1/2 ER was better than 1/2 WPM and 1/2MS ; ABT6 0. 5mg/L + IAA 2.0 mg/L + NAA0.8 mg/L was the best hormones suitable for the rooting with the percentage up to 93.7% and after 40 days. there were three to four roots in a single bud. The single bud rooted and grew well under the condition of 28% ± 2℃ and 2 500 -3 500 Lx, the rooting percentage was to 97.8 %.
