芝麻渍害研究进展

摘    要:本文阐述了湿害对芝麻生长发育、生理生化的影响,芝麻耐渍性的适应机制、遗传多样性,耐渍性的评价方法等。指出今后应重点建立芝麻耐渍分子育种技术,深入研究耐渍基因,为发掘和培育耐渍性芝麻种质奠定基础。

Abstract:The effects of waterlogging on sesame growth,development,physiology and biochemistry,the adaptive mechanism and genetic diversity of waterlogging tolerance,and the evaluating method of waterlogging tolerance were reviewed in this paper. The future researches should focus on constructing molecular breeding techniques and further studying waterlogging tolerant genes,which would lay foundations for exploring and breeding waterlogging resistant sesame germplasms.
