| 摘 要： | 使用2006～2011年山东对美国、欧盟、日本、韩国和东盟农产品出口的面板数据，利用引力模型分析了技术性贸易壁垒对山东农产品出口的短期与长期影响、直接与间接影响。结果表明：技术性贸易壁垒在短期内对山东农产品出口具有抑制作用，长期内具有促进作用，山东大约需要两年时间跨越进口国技术性贸易壁垒。日本的技术性贸易壁垒对山东向其他国家出口农产品具有间接的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The short - or long - term effects, direct or indirect influences of technical barriers to trade （TBT） on exports of Shandong farm products were analyzed in this paper using the gravity model and panel data of five major importers including the United States, the European Union, Japan, South Korea and the As- sociation of Southeast Asian Nations （ASEAN） from 2006 to 2011. The results showed that TBT had inhibitory effect on Shandong farm product export in short term, but had promoting effect in long term. Shandong should take about two years to span the TBT of importers. Japanese TBT had indirect promoting effect on Shandong exporting more farm products to other countries. |
