不同基因型柿果实抗氧化物成分分析

摘    要:对不同基因型柿(Diospyros)果实抗氧化物成分中的总酚、总类黄酮、总黄烷醇及Vc含量进行测定分析发现,不同基因型柿果实之间总酚、总类黄酮、总黄烷醇及Vc含量存在很大差异。野生种君迁子的总酚、总类黄酮、总黄烷醇及Vc含量明显高于栽培种的含量;在栽培种中,涩柿品种的总酚、总类黄酮、总黄烷醇及Vc含量明显高于甜柿品种。相关性分析表明抗氧化活性物质总酚、总类黄酮及总黄烷醇的含量与各抗氧化能力间的相关性均达到显著性差异(TBARS和HRSA除外)。这说明柿果实中所含有的这些多酚类物质是柿果实抗氧化作用的重要因子之一。

Abstract:The antioxidant bioactive compounds,including total phenolics,total flavonoids,total flavanols and Vitamin C,were investigated in the samples.There was also a significant difference among 11 genotypes of persimmon.As the changing pattern of the antioxidant capacity,the wild D.lotus L species was the highest contents,followed by the astringent persimmons,while in non-astringent persimmons was the lowest.Total phenolics,total flavonoids,total flavanols and Vitamin C content showed significant correlation with...
