| 摘 要： | 高校档案管理是社会档案管理的重要组成部分，有着较强的历史与现实意义。但在实际的高校档案管理工作中，存在着重视不够、投入不足、效率不高、人员素质亟待提高等问题。本文在分析问题的基础上，探讨了改进高校档案管理工作的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | File management work of universities and colleges is an importmnet part of social file management, has stronger historical and practical significance. But in practical work, existes inadequate attention, inadequate investment, efficiency not high, the quality of personnel to be improved and so on questions. In this paper, discusses the countermeasures and advice on how to improve file management work of universities and colleges on the basis of analyzing questions. |
