| 摘 要： | 为了给山苦茶（Mallotus oblongifolius）大规模繁殖和推广种植打下技术基础，以山苦茶当年生带芽茎段为试验材料，研究了山苦茶离体茎段培养和快速繁殖的影响因素。结果表明山苦茶带芽茎段最佳消毒方法为70%的酒精浸泡30 s，0.1% HgCl2溶液消毒8 min。最适宜的山苦茶茎段启动培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L KT。1/2MS为基本培养基，细胞分裂6-BA和KT组合有利于嫩茎增殖。山苦茶较好的继代增殖培养基为1/2MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L KT，生根培养基为1/2MS+2.0 mg/L IBA+2.0 mg/L NAA。利用本试验所得出的结果，可实现山苦茶种苗的离体无性快速繁殖，增殖率可达3。 |
