B68发酵滤液对香蕉冠腐病菌致病酶影响的研究

摘    要:对活体内外半裸镰刀菌产生的细胞壁降解酶进行活性分析,明确了其侵染青香蕉果实后会引起为明确香蕉冠腐病菌致病酶的变化情况以及B68发酵滤液对致病酶的影响,对活体内外半裸镰刀菌产生的细胞壁降解酶进行活性分析,在其侵染青香蕉果实后,会引起被侵染组织内产生高活力的果胶甲酯酶果胶裂解酶类(PML、PL)和纤维素酶(cellulase),而不产生果胶水解酶类。病菌活体外产生的细胞壁降解酶活性均高于活体内产生的酶活。采用体外诱导培养的方法,与对照相比,芽孢杆菌B68发酵滤液在各浓度下均显著抑制半裸镰刀菌活体外果胶酶类(PG、PMG、PME、PL、PML)和纤维素酶类(Cx、β-glucosidase)细胞壁降解酶的分泌,研究目的是为使用芽孢杆菌菌剂防治香蕉冠腐病提供科学依据。
