摘    要:为探究黄瓜植株感染根结线虫后水分亏缺的原因,通过人工接种的方法研究根结线虫对黄瓜植株根、茎水势相关特性的影响。结果表明:根结线虫侵染黄瓜植株后导致植株根、茎水势和茎粗降低;根、茎可溶性蛋白和茎可溶性糖含量在接种量为6000个/株时显著增加;根系活力在接种量为2000个/株时有所升高,之后随着接种量的增加逐渐降低。茎水势仅与茎粗和根系活力显著相关,然而,除根可溶性糖外,其他所有指标均与根水势显著相关。黄瓜植株感染根结线虫后,根系活力、茎粗的降低和根系过度的渗透调节是根、茎水分亏缺的主要原因。
