蛇皮果的组织培养研究

摘    要:建立蛇皮果的组织培养技术平台,为大规模生产蛇皮果种苗奠定理论基础。以蛇皮果的种胚为外植体,研究植物生长调节剂的种类和浓度对丛芽诱导及根系诱导的影响。结果表明,丛芽诱导需要6个月,最适丛芽诱导培养基为MS+2ip 8.0 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L,丛芽诱导率可达到41.7%;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 1 mg/L+ABT 1 mg/L,生根率为46.9%。将已生根并高度大于5 cm的组培苗移植于黄心土+珍珠岩的营养袋中,成活率可达到80%以上。

Abstract:The aim was to establish the tissue culture technique of Salacca zalacca and provide the theoretical basis for large scale propagation of Salacca zalacca.With the embryo of Salacca zalacca as explants,the effect of plant growth regulators types and concentration on multiple shoots and root induction were studied.It took about 6 months to induce multiple shoots.The highest shoot regeneration frequency(41.7%) was recorded on MS medium with 8.0 mg/L 2ip and 0.25 mg/L NAA.Half-strength MS medium with 1 mg/L IBA...
