| 摘 要： | 河北省是杂粮生产大省，其杂粮布局模糊、优势区域不明显、种植分散等突出问题，一直是制约河北省杂粮发展的主要因素。通过生产聚集度分析，明确了河北省主要杂粮生产的区域，即48个县（市、区）为杂粮生产大县；采用比较效益模型（密切值法）分析河北省主要杂粮作物及区域比较效益，然后结合两者进行分析，最后提出河北省主要杂粮优势区域布局方案：（1）谷子在太行山区、燕山西部地区、黑龙港地区适时适地推广高产优质品种、抗旱高产品种、富硒保健品种、优质简化栽培品种等冀谷系列品种。（2）绿豆在太行山区、燕山山区、黑龙港地区、重点发展适合本地的优质高产、出口型绿豆品种；红小豆在太行山区、张承秦地区及迁安、迁西、黑龙港地区、山前平原地区重点发展适宜的优质高产、出沙率高、出口型品种。（3）甘薯在太行山区重点发展淀粉型品种、高产早熟品种。燕山丘陵区发展淀粉型品种、鲜食型品种、高产早熟品种。（4）高粱在太行山区、黑龙港地区发展饲用型和酿造高粱，滨海平原区重点发展酿造品种、饲用品种和能源品种。 |
