荔枝草挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的]探讨中药荔枝草挥发油的化学成分,进一步揭示其药理作用。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法从荔枝草中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析荔枝草挥发油的化学成分。结果]共分离到49个化合物,鉴定了其中的31个,占挥发油总量的87.31%。主要包括1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a-八氢-7-甲基-4-次甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-萘(17.395%),石竹烯(12.495%),S-(E,E)]-1-甲基-5-次甲基-8-(1-甲基乙基)-l,6-环癸二烯(11.987%),(1S-顺)-1,2,3,5,6,8a-六氢-4,7-二甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-萘(8.843%),α-荜澄茄烯(7.846%)等。结论]试验所分析的荔枝草挥发油的主要化学成分为萜烯类,与报道的分析结果有一定差别,这可能与荔枝草的产地、采收季节有关。
