摘    要:对气吸式排种器工作性能影响参数进行了理论分析,应用正交试验的方法研究排种盘转速、真空室气压变化和种子形状对排种性能的影响。试验表明:影响排种性能的主要因素是排种器孔型、排种盘转速和吸盘两侧气压差。

Abstract:The work performance influence parameters of air-suction seed metering device are theoretically analyzed,influence of metering tray rotating speed,vacuum chamber air pressure variety and seed shape to the metering performance is studied by orthogonal experiment.The experiment shows that the main factors influencing the metering performance are metering device hole type,metering tray rotating speed and the air pressure difference between the two sides of suction tray.
