摘    要:为提高桑园土壤肥力,调查了用秸杆覆盖桑园对桑园土壤微生物年变化的影响。结果表明:在桑树生长期内,采用秸秆覆盖措施可明显增加桑园土壤微生物数量,增加最多的是细菌,年平均增加150.99%;其次是氨化菌和固氮菌,分别增加142.24%和95.47%;真菌增加最少,为56.33%。4种土壤微生物年变化曲线,无论覆盖与对照,均呈单峰曲线变化,高峰期出现在8月或9月。

Abstract:In order to raise the fertility of soil in the mulberry field, the annual change of soil microorganism in the straw-covered mulberry fields has been studied.The results showed that there are more soil microorgainisms in the straw-covered mulberry fields than that in the uncovered field during the mulberry growing periods, the bacteria increased 150.99% annualy,the ammoniation bacteria 142.24% ,the nitrogen-fixing bacteria 95.47% ,and the fungi the smallest, 56.33 % . The annual change curves of the four soil microbes are single peak curves no matter covered or uncovered, and the peak comes in August or September.
