辣椒黑斑病菌的室内防效测定

摘    要:采用培养皿滤纸抑菌圈法测定两种杀虫剂对辣椒黑斑病(病原Alternaria alternata)抑菌能力的大小。试验采用75 %百菌清wp和72 % 菌无净wp,它们的毒力回归方程式分别是:()()8899.06482.58347.12,8958.08685.52966.13=+-==+-=rxyrxyjc,x和y呈正相关,其相对毒力分别是:49.14=cy,304.9=jy。由此可见这两种杀虫剂的抑菌能力为百菌清>菌无净。

Abstract:Detection of inhibition zone to Alternaria alternata with two kinds of fungicide. The results showed the regression equations of 75 % clorothalonil wp and 72 % experimental chemotherapeutant (junwujing) wp yc (),8958.08685.52966.13=+-=rxyc xyj6482.58347.12+-= ()8899.0=ry and x had positive relationship. The results suggested that the 75 % chlorothalonil wp was more effectively inhabiting ability than that 72 % experimental chemotherapeutant (junwujing) wp.
