野生二粒小麦籽粒蛋白质含量和库容性状的遗传多样性与可利用性研究

摘    要:为了从近缘物种中寻找高蛋白质含量和大库容特性的遗传种质,为高产、优质,以及二者并重型小麦新品种培育提供基因资源,本研究对110份引自以色列的野生二粒小麦籽粒蛋白质含量、千粒重、库容等性状进行了分析。结果表明,野生二粒小麦的蛋白质含量、千粒重、籽粒长度、宽度、厚度及粒积均具有较丰富的遗传多样性。其中,蛋白质含量变幅为13.17%~27.20%,平均19.89%;千粒重变幅为7.95~33.02g,平均20.20g;籽粒长度变幅为6.59~10.16 mm,平均8.60 mm;籽粒宽度变幅为1.21~2.77 mm,平均2.11 mm;籽粒厚度变幅为1.67~2.83 mm,平均2.33 mm;籽粒粒积变幅为16.16~71.21 mm3,平均43.78 mm3。相关分析表明,110份野生二粒小麦的蛋白质含量与千粒重整体上呈显著负相关性(r=-0.254,P<0.01),而粒长、粒宽、粒厚、粒积各库容性状之间,以及各库容性状与千粒重之间均在0.001水平上显著正相关。但蛋白质含量与千粒重之间相关性的具体表现因材料而存在差异。比较分析发现,一些材料具有蛋白含量、千粒重和粒积均高的特性。与普通小麦相比,野生二粒小麦中蕴藏着丰富的高蛋白质含量和大库容性的特异基因资源。

Abstract:In order to search excellent germplasm for breeding new wheat varieties characterized by high protein content,high yield,and cowbined features.The grain traits including protein content,1000-grain weight,length,width,thickness and volume(length×width×thickness) of 110 genotypes of wild emmer(Triticum dicoccoides,AABB,2n=4x=28) from Israel were studied in this paper.The results suggested that relatively high genetic diversities of the grain traits exist in wild emmer.The grain protein content,1000-grain weight,length,width,thickness,and length×width×thickness,varied from 13.17% to 27.20% with the mean of 19.89%,from 7.95g to 33.02g with the mean of 20.20g,from 6.59mm to 10.16mm with the mean of 8.60mm,from 1.21mm to 2.77mm with the mean of 2.11mm,from 1.67mm to 2.83mm with the mean of 2.33mm,and from 16.16mm3 to 71.21mm3 with the mean of 43.78mm3,respectively.In the 110 tested genotypes,the protein content was significantly negative correlated to the 1000-grain weight(r=-0.254,P<0.01),while significantly positive correlation was obtained between the 1000-grain weight and the sink traits such as grain length,width,thickness and volume,and between the sink traits themselves,as well(P<0.001).However,the consistent relationship between grain protein content and 1000-grain weight was observed in some materials which have high protein content,1000-grain weight,and volume concurrently.Compared with common wheat,excellent genetic resources of high protein content and big sink were abound in wild emmer.
