摘    要:以“大久保(Okubo)”和“丽春(Lichun)”桃(Prunus Persica.(L.)Batsch.)为试材,研究了镉胁迫下树体中镉的分布和功能叶中几种生理生化指标的变化,包括品种间镉含量、叶绿素含量、叶内质膜过氧化产物(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、叶内可溶性糖和细胞膜透性等。结果表明,两品种叶绿素、可溶性糖含量、细胞膜透性均表现出先显著升高,随后又显著下降,在镉含量达100mg/kg时细胞膜透性又显著升高;MDA,SOD含量显著升高。

Abstract:The changes of cadmium distribution in two cultivars of peach(Prunus Persica.(L)Batsch,lichun' and Okubo')and physiological and biochemical prameters in leaves under different cadmium stress were studied including cadmium distribution,the contents of chlorophyll,malondialdehvde(MDA),activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),dissoluble sugar content and plasma membrane permeability.The results show that:at early stage,the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugars and plasma membrane permeability of two varieties significantly increase and then decline compared with contrast,but the plasma membrane permeability significantly increase again under 100 mg/kg Cd concentration;The content of MDA and activity of SOD iucrease significantly.
