摘    要:为筛选创制优异种质,对27份六棱大麦品种(系)的株高、穗长、千粒重、穗粒数、有效穗、产量、不孕粒等主要农艺性状进行分析。结果表明,六棱大麦品种(系)不孕粒(变异系数52.04%)、籽粒产量(变异系数22.44%)、穗长(变异系数21.51%)及有效穗(变异系数14.76%)的变异范围较大,而株高(变异系数8.15%)、千粒重(变异系数 8.98%)和穗粒数(变异系数12.74%)变异范围相对较小,六棱大麦品种选育的增产结果主要表现在有效穗数的适当提高;相关分析可知,六棱大麦品种(系)主要农艺性状之间的相关性比较复杂,有效穗与产量呈极显著正相关;主成分分析把27份供试材料的主要性状进行降维因子分析,使其累计贡献率达85.5807%;六棱大麦品种(系)在遗传距离10水平上可聚为三大类:矮秆多穗型,高秆大穗型,中秆中穗型。

Abstract:In order to select and create excellent six-row barley germplasm, the main agronomic traits of 27 six-row barley varieties (lines), such as plant height, panicle length, 1000-grain weight, grains number per panicle, effective panicle and yield and infertility, were analyzed and comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that the variation of these traits, infertile grains(CV52.04%),yield(CV22.44%),panicle length(CV21.51%) and effective panicle(CV14.76%) of the six-row barley varieties were relatively rich, while the variation of plant height (CV8.15%),thousand seeds weight (CV8.98%)and number of grains per panicle(CV12.74%) were relatively small. And the yield-increasing effect of six-row barley breeding was showed with increase of effective panicle number. The correlation analysis indicated that there were complex correlations among the characters of six-row barley, and the yield was affected by several characters,there was a significant positive correlation between effective panicle and yield. Through principal component analysis, the main agronomic traits of 38 two-row barley were divided into four principal components, and their cumulative contribution rate was 87.3413%. At the level of genetic distance of 12.5, the six-row barley varieties could be divided into three types: short stalk and multi-spike type, high stalk and large-spike type, medium stalk and medium -stalk type.
