| 摘 要： | 基于食用菌多元化循环经济模式,在农业生产中,三元农业生态循环系统以提供可食用的食用菌为重点发展对象,且将食用菌产业与其他农业产业经济相结合,例如养殖畜牧业、农业种植业等等,从而将农业产物的利用效率发挥出来。目前采用的食用菌生态循环系统经济主要模式包括蘑菇产业生态循环模式、草菇和金针菇多级循环模式、各地典型的菌菜或菌稻轮作模式等。根据食用菌生态循环经济发展中存在的技术掌握得不到位、缺乏专业的研究和开发力量、集约化和组织化程度较低等问题,提出食用菌循环模式发展建议。

| Abstract: | Based on edible fungi, the diversified circular economy model is analyzed. In agricultural production, the three-dimensional agricultural ecological cycle system focuses on providing edible fungi, and combines the edible fungi industry with other agricultural industries, such as animal husbandry, agricultural planting and so on, so as to bring the utilization efficiency of agricultural products into full play. At present, the main economic models of edible fungi ecological cycle system include the ecological cycle model of mushroom industry, the multi-stage cycle model of straw mushroom and Flammulina velutipes, and the typical fungus -vegetable or fungus-rice rotation model. According to the problems existing in the development of eco-circular economy of edible fungi, such as lack of technical mastery, lack of professional research and development force, low degree of intensive and organizational development, the suggestions for the development of edible fungi recycling mode were put forward. |
