香菇废菌糠栽培铁皮石斛的研究

摘    要:以松树皮和香菇废菌糠为栽培基质,通过测定不同配比栽培基质下的铁皮石斛茎长、茎粗、分蘖、节数、根数、根长和茎中多糖含量,筛选出适宜于种植铁皮石斛的基质配方:松树皮混合香菇废菌糠的体积比为2∶1。此配方能显著促进铁皮石斛茎伸长,节数、根数增多。

Abstract:This study was conducted to analyze the growth of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo in culture substrates including mixture of pine bark and spent substrate of Lentinula edodes.In order to select and optimize the culture substrates for D.officinale,growing stem length,stem diameter,tiller,pitch number,root number,root length,the content of polysaccharides in different culture substrates were calculated.The results showed that the matrix which consisted of pine bark and spent substrate of Lentinula edodes(volume ratio of 2∶1)could significantly enhance the elongation of stem,increase the number of root and was suitable for the growth of D.officinale.The overall growth of D.officinale was remarkably better than the other two treatments.
