| 摘 要： | 采用振荡浸提法对土壤样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子发射光谱法对样品试液中速效钾及交换性钙、镁含量进行测定。该方法简单、快捷,测定结果准确可靠,重复性、稳定性好,明显提升了分析检验工作效率。

| Abstract: | The soil samples are pre-treated by the oscillating extraction method,and the contents of available potassium and exchangeable calcium and magnesium are determined by the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry method.The method is simple and fast,the determination is accurate and reliable with good repeatability and stability,which can improve the work efficiency of analysis. |
