摘    要:研究了生产用糙皮侧耳菌株对工厂化生产金针菇菌渣的适应性,菌渣不同发酵处理方式和复配基质对糙皮侧耳生长发育的影响。结果表明,不同糙皮侧耳菌株对金针菇菌渣的适应性不同,各菌株以菌渣为基质的生物转化率均显著低于棉籽壳基质配方,但降低幅度存在较大差异;金针菇菌渣分别发酵0、3 d、5 d,随着发酵时间延长,菌袋污染率呈降低趋势,糙皮侧耳产量呈升高趋势;单一金针菇菌渣为主料栽培糙皮侧耳,各潮菇的产量均显著低于棉籽壳基质配方,第2潮~第4潮菇的产量降低更加明显,金针菇菌渣与棉籽壳、玉米芯复配基质的产量显著提高。

Abstract:The adaptability of Pleurotus ostreatus strains to spent industrialized Flammulina velutipes substrate was analyzed,and the effects of different spent substrate fermentation treatments and mixed substrates on the growth of P. ostreatus were studied. The results showed that the adaptability of different P. ostreatus strains to spent substrate of F. velutipes was different, the biological efficiency of each P. ostreatus strains cultivated on spent substrate were significantly lower than that cultivated on cotton seed hull substrate, but there were significant differences in the extent of reduction. The spent substrate f F. velutipes was fermented 0, 3 d and 5 d respectively, with the prolonging of fermentation time, the contamination rate of P. ostreatus bags was decreasing, and the yield of P. ostreatus was increasing. The yield of each flush of P. ostreatus cultivated on spent substrate f F.velutipes was significantly lower than that cultivated on the cotton seed hull substrate, the yields of the 2nd to the 4th flushes of P. ostreatus were reduced more obviously. The yield increased significantly when spent substrate of F. velutipes was used in combination with cotton seed hull and corncob.
