| 摘 要： | 采用解剖学方法研究了青岛百合次生鳞茎的形态发生过程。结果表明:次生鳞茎形态发生起源于鳞片近轴面基部向上第5~10层薄壁细胞,而非愈伤组织,为器官型形态发生。次生鳞茎发生过程可分为细胞脱分化阶段、生长锥形成阶段、小鳞片原基和根原基形成阶段、次生鳞茎形成阶段。

| Abstract: | Secondary bulb morphogenesis of Lilium tsingtauense was observed in present paper.The results showed that the secondary bulb originated from the 5th~10th parenchyma cells of scale base not callus tissue.It belonged to organ-type pathway.The process of secondary bulb morphogenesis was divided into four stages: cell dedifferentiation stage,apical meristem formation stage,ramentum primordium and root primordium formation stage,secondary bulb formation stage. |
