摘    要:目的]比较分析盐分胁迫下棉花种子萌发和幼苗生长情况,确定合适的棉花耐盐鉴定胁迫浓度和评价指标。方法]采用室内种子萌发试验和盐池试验,研究不同盐分胁迫下不同棉花品种发芽率、相对发芽率、相对出苗率和相对株高的变化。结果]棉花发芽率、相对发芽率、相对出苗率和相对株高与盐分浓度均呈负相关。结论]0.5%盐分浓度可以作为棉花耐盐鉴定的胁迫浓度;相对发芽率和相对株高可以作为棉花耐盐鉴定参考指标之一。
