摘    要:采用顶空萃取结合气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)分析方法,分析3种品种(妃子笑、桂味和糯米糍)中主要香气成分。结果表明,3种荔枝花在香气组成和含量上差异明显。妃子笑荔枝花中检出物质仅6种,呈香物质只有3种,香气较淡;桂味和糯米糍荔枝花中检出物质分别为11种和26种,呈香物质均为8种,香气相对浓郁。

Abstract:The aromatic compositions of three Nanshan Litchi Flowers (Feizixiao,Guiwei and Nuomici) are analyzed by headspace gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (HS-GC-MS) method.The results indicate that the differences of aromatic consistent in composition and relative content in three breeds of flowers are significant.Three kinds of aromatic compounds with total of six components in Feizixiao Litchi,eight kinds of aromatic compounds with total of eleven components in Guiwei and twenty-six components in...
