| 摘 要： | 采用顶空萃取结合气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)分析方法,分析3种品种(妃子笑、桂味和糯米糍)中主要香气成分。结果表明,3种荔枝花在香气组成和含量上差异明显。妃子笑荔枝花中检出物质仅6种,呈香物质只有3种,香气较淡;桂味和糯米糍荔枝花中检出物质分别为11种和26种,呈香物质均为8种,香气相对浓郁。 |
