菊苣多糖的研究进展

摘    要:菊苣多糖是菊苣中重要活性成分之一,是目前研究热点之一。本文对国内外近年来关于菊苣多糖的提取、分离纯化、纯度鉴定等技术方法,以及菊苣多糖化学结构、理化性质、生物活性等方面的研究进行了综述,为菊苣资源的深入研究和开发提供借鉴。

Abstract:The polysaccharides in Cichorium intybus L. a kind of the important functional components of Cichorium intybus L., studies on this polysaccharides has become to a research hotspot in recent years. The research progress of extraction, isolation and purification, purity identification and other technologies, as well as the study of chemical constitution, physical and chemical properties, bioactivities of the polysaccharides were reviewed in this paper, which was helpful to the further research and development of Cichorium intybus L..
