| 摘 要： | 目的]为灵芝分类鉴定及其药用成分的合理利用提供科学依据。方法]比较不同灵芝菌株（德昌1号、德昌3号、德昌4号、黑芝、血芝、灵芝）的多糖及三萜化合物含量,并采用HPLC法分析不同灵芝菌丝体和子实体中三萜化合物的组分。结果]子实体多糖含量由高到低依次为：灵芝、德昌3号、黑芝、血芝、德昌1号,三萜含量由高到低依次为：血芝、德昌1号、德昌3号、黑芝、灵芝;不同灵芝菌丝体所含三萜化合物的种类存在差异,同一灵芝菌丝体和子实体所含三萜化合物的种类存在一定的相似性。结论]灵芝多糖含量与三萜化合物含量之间不存在必然联系。
